Jeff Hawkes was the sales associate who helped me into a home 3 years ago and due to a break we had to sell our home and split the profit. Jeff did an amazing job working with both of us, communicating with both of us and being respectful of our individual feelings and concerns, since it was an uncomfortable situation. Jeff also helped me find my new home. I am very pleased with the home. I really must brag on Jeff though because the mortgage company that was responsible for the house we sold made some very unusual errors with the buyers loan assumption process that put me in a position of extended closing dates, extra costs to movers after having to change dates on short notice, and rescheduled clients for days already planned off for original closing dates. Jeff provided open honest communication; though we were not in a position to change the situation, he empathized with us, sincerely. Jeff was also tenacious with making sure the contract on my new home was everything that had been discussed and agreed upon. I felt safe that my interest were well protected. He patiently went thorough documents with me and help me understand the things that I was not familiar with or that I did not understand. He helped me work through the anxiety of the disruptions patiently and kindly and very professionally. I will call on him in the future should this not end up being my forever home and I have recommended Jeff to several of my friends and colleagues. He is a very knowledgeable realtor and genuinely kind man. ALL around 10/10.
